icorp is a Mexican organization founded in 1986, with extensive experience in providing managed services and integrating technological solutions. We have specialized personnel that support users remotely, on-site, and in the field, in addition to staff dedicated to integration projects for large companies in Mexico and around the world.

We pride ourselves on maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, fostering a strong sense of identity among our employees, promoting their well-being, and encouraging social contributions to the community.

1986

Start of Activities

icorp is founded in Querétaro with eight partners. In the photo, Alberto García Camacho, 27 years old.

1990

IBM Distribution

We were one of the first IBM distributors distributors nationwide. Launching of the PS/1.

1995

Services Offered

We started selling outsourcing support services as well as training services.

2001

100% Services

We decided to abandon the sale of computer equipment and dedicate ourselves to IT support and development services.

2004

Nationwide Coverage

We assigned 17 engineers to different states of the states of the Republic. The photo shows the field team.

2010

Corporate Building

After 24 years, we opened the doors of the building in Acceso III of the Benito Juárez Industrial Zone.

2012

Support Center @ CDMX

Inaugurated global remote support center in Mexico City to service global contracts.

2014

The 2nd Era begins

We started the ISO 20000 certification process, we also presented the rebranding of our brand.

2015

Constant Change

The Innovation Area is consolidated and high-impact projects such as the Intranet and 911 are undertaken.

2016

Support Center @ Vortice

We inaugurated the support center in Querétaro, doubling the capacity of support analysts.

2017

Positioning and Services

We started the web positioning strategy, online training and administrative services.

2018

Partnership ManageEngine

We formalized the relationship to officially distribute their products nationwide; on-premise and cloud.

Early 2019

New Ventures

We started the development of Cordage, the evolution of qdoc. And we bet on BPM, RPA and Azure.

Late 2019

New Support Center

We moved our operation from the CDMX to the facilities in the Forum Naucalpan towers.

2020

A new era...

We changed CEO, introduced the i25 Plan, +12k hrs of training and moved to Google.

2021

Information Security

We are certified in the ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard to provide more value to our customers.
